It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Mandalas, or sacred circles, are a form of geometric art used by many cultures as objects of iconic and spiritual significance. Using the circle (a form of sacred geometry) as its main construction this workshop provides an artistic practice designed to encourage focus, reflection, and meditation.

Each participant will receive a mandala “kit” as well as guided instruction to begin the practice of mandalas as meditation. This workshop consists of four, 2-hour sessions. Participants are encouraged to begin with the 1st session as each builds on skills learned in prior sessions. However, you can participate at any point in the process.
